Michelle shares with us her personal journey from being a trader in the stock market, to having a profound spiritual experience, and then choosing to radically change her life. She left to India to study with a yoga master, and then to Nepal to live on a mountain with a Buddhist Lama, to eventually becoming a life coach, her job for the past 25 years. Together we discuss the role of a life coach, the nature of inner alignment, balancing masculine and feminine energy, finding your life purpose and the keys to living in a happy, peaceful, grounded life.
